Integration of Oracle iPayment with Bibit gateway allows Internet merchants to accept multi-channel and complex electronic payment services. iBizSoft solution for Bibit is a secure and complete solution that enables integration with Oracle iPayment (11i) and Payments (R12) with just setup changes, without affecting any existing applications.

Oracle iPayment or Oracle Payments

Oracle iPayment (in Oracle Apps 11i) or Oracle Payments (in R12) is an electronic payment processing solution designed for application developers, systems integrators and enterprises that need to “payment-enable” new or existing Internet or client/server applications. iPayment provides payment instrument registration APIs for registering payment instruments such as credit cards, bank accounts, and purchase cards. Risk evaluation APIs are provided to perform risk analysis.

Oracle iPayment supports multiple payment processing systems operating simultaneously and provides a powerful, business rulesdriven routing system that gives businesses and merchants full control over transaction processing.

Bibit System

The Bibit Payment Service provides an interface between the shopping basket of the merchant and the international financial institutions. Communication between the system of the merchant and the Bibit Payment Service is done through predefined XML messages over the Internet using standard protocols. This unified XML messaging ensures the merchant only needs to implement one system for all supported international payment methods and currencies. Furthermore the usage of XML enables the merchant to use the system or platform of his choice to conduct his business, be it ‘out of the box’ shopping software or proprietary software, and integrate the Bibit Payment Service with their own back-office and logistical systems.

The Bibit authenticates merchants by IP addresses along with Merchant Id and Password.

Integration

Main part of the integration of Oacle E-Business Suite with Bibit requires to perform following actions.

1. Accept parameters from iPayment in Oapf* format.

2. Create new request object based on transaction type (ora*),

3. Process the transaction,

4. Receive response

5. Set output variables in Oapf* format.

6. Display Oracle iPayment UI.

Following screen shots describe how this solution can be implemented on Oracle iPayment for 11i. This procedure will Authorise one transaction successfully and then would Capture the transaction.

1. Setup Payment system for Bibit Gateway in Oracle iPayment.

2. Add Payee and setup Paymentech System as default for that.

3. Create New operation. Step 1. Add order number and amount.
