Bulk Upload – Input

• Collect and Organize Files
• File Structure / Hierarchy is possible
• Make sure all file extensions are mapped to content type. If file extension is not mapped to content type define file extension mapping

File Extension Mapping

• Content Manager Super User Responsibility
• Click on Content Type Tab and Search for suitable content type

 File Extension Mapping

•  Verify Extensions
• Click ‘Add Another Row’ to add map new file extension

Responsibility – iStore Administrator  or Content Manager Super User

Location : Content Tab

• Select Actions
• “Create New Version” to update existing content item
• Merge Files to create content under same hierarchy

•  Confirm “Content Type” is detected for each content item. (Creation may fail with error if content type is not detected)
• Click Submit to launch back ground process for creating content items

Ensure Concurrent Program completes with Status Normal
