Order Confirmation Workflow Email

This is mainly the integration of Oracle iStore with Oracle Workflow to provide email notifications on Customer UI events and Site Administration reports. There are usually requirements by the customers to disable this feature in iStore.
The below steps are for Disabling the Order Confirmation Workflow email.

Responsibility: iStore Administrator
1. Double click on the Sites-> Summary->Summary
2. Once the new window opens login again and you will see the iStore Admin page.
3. Click the Advanced tab-> Notifications
4. Click the details button beside the “Order Confirmation – Normal” Notification.

5. In the page that opens, select the notification and click the ‘Disable’ button.

Quote Publish Confirmation Workflow Email

Quote Publish Confirmation Email is being used when a Quote is being published from Quoting to Oracle iStore. By default, this feature is enabled from out-of-the-box setup. Depending on the client requirements, this feature might have to be disabled. The below steps are for disabling the Quote Published Confirmation Workflow Email.

Responsibility: “Application Developer”
1. Double click on ‘Application’. Double click on the ‘Lookups’.
2. Select Application Object Library.
3. Query lookup type IBE_WF_NOTIFICATION.
4. Add the following notification
5. Lookup Code Name: ASOQOTPUBLISHEXEC
Meaning: Quoting Publish Executable Quote
Description: Quoting Publish Executable Quote
6. Save the changes.
